"Years of experience" is a terrible proxy for skill anyway. You can have 10 years of experience or 1 year of experience repeated 10 times. Someone who built the actual framework probably knows more in 1.5 years than someone who's been copy-pasting Stack Overflow answers for a decade.

Nothing says "I'm a web developer" quite like sending someone a local file path at 6:16 AM. The sweet irony of claiming ChatGPT built you a "website" when all you've got is an HTML file sitting in your Downloads folder. Bonus points for the dramatic "your job is done for" declaration. Everyone's "common sense" is wildly different. One person's common sense is 2-space indentation, another's is tabs, and a third person's involves sacrificing a rubber duck to the code gods before every commit. Solo dev life hits different when you realize you're spending hundreds monthly on AWS, Vercel Pro, Supabase, Cursor, Claude Pro, and OpenAI subscriptions... all to build apps that have exactly zero users. You're not running a SaaS business, you're just a very expensive client to every tech company in Silicon Valley. The real product-market fit was the subscriptions you accumulated along the way.
