Failed The Real World Test

Content HORKING ON RENDERING One of our objectives right now is to modernize our rendering code. Instead of rendering the game on the main thread, we want to introduce a second thread that is dedicated only to rendering. To enable this, we are going through the code - system by system - and preparing it for the extraction of the game state from the main thread, which will then be used for rendering on the dedicated render thread. This work is mostly complete for entities, block entities, particles and the UI. Next, we plan to tackle chunks and small leftovers. STUDIO S My goodness, what an idea. Why didn't I think of that?

Just sitting back with my popcorn watching the AI hype train derail in slow motion. All these devs who pivoted their entire careers to "prompt engineering" are about to discover what us old-timers already know - there's no shortcut to understanding the fundamentals. When the hallucinations pile up and the VC money dries out, guess who'll be debugging the mess? The same people who've been writing actual code for decades. Munching carrots while watching careers burn is my new hobby.

The sheer AUDACITY of GitHub Copilot claiming to be "an expert developer who makes no mistakes" while literally having the file name "copilot-instructions.md" plastered above it! 🙄 It's like watching your code editor autocomplete function turn into that one friend who swears they know everything but can't even remember to close their parentheses! The dramatic "WHAT ARE YOU?" screaming in all caps is just *chef's kiss* perfect for capturing that moment when you realize your AI assistant is just confidently spewing nonsense that you'll spend the next three hours debugging! Trust me, honey, if Copilot were actually an "expert developer who makes no mistakes," we'd all be unemployed and sipping margaritas on a beach somewhere instead of frantically Googling why our code doesn't work!

The AI assistant claims to speak "any language" but immediately crashes on the simplest JSON parsing task. Classic JavaScript moment! The bot's confident "You can speak to me in any language" intro followed by the pathetic "parkings_json is not a JSON array" error is the digital equivalent of someone claiming they're fluent in 12 languages but then struggling to order a coffee. The irony is delicious - AI can supposedly handle natural language from humans worldwide but fails at its own native language: properly formatted data structures. This is why we can't have nice things in production.
