Someone took the classic Unix ls command that's been working fine for literally decades and rewrote it in Rust with colors and icons. Squidward's unimpressed face says it all. Sure, eza has pretty colors and git integration and all that jazz, but at the end of the day, you're still just listing files. The Rust evangelists are out here acting like adding RGB to a directory listing is the second coming of systems programming. Next they'll rewrite cd with blockchain support.
