Small And Fast (But Actually Enormous And Sluggish)

When your code requires so many dependencies that even your power strip needs a power strip. This monstrosity with "66 AC outlets" is basically npm install visualized in hardware form. Perfect for that developer who thinks "yeah, I'll just add one more library" 47 times in a row. Your electricity bill will crash faster than an electron app with a memory leak.

Oh look, an executive order for the MATLAB developers! The age-old religious war between array indexing at 0 vs 1 just got a new contender. While C, JavaScript, and Python devs start counting from 0 like sensible humans following computer memory offset logic, and MATLAB/R folks start at 1 like mathematical purists, here comes the decree that 2 is somehow the ultimate starting index. Next up: semicolons are now optional but randomly required, and all loops must be written backwards. The compiler will decide if your code runs based on its mood that day.

The unholy trinity of React hooks, presented as the Three Musketeers of suffering. useState is clearly the flamboyant leader with the biggest hat—appropriate since it's carrying the weight of your entire application's data. useEffect is that friend who promises to help but creates more problems than it solves, triggering rerenders when you least expect. And useRef? The quiet one silently breaking React's rules by mutating values behind everyone's back. Together they form the perfect storm of "why is my component rendering 47 times?" and "who changed this value when I wasn't looking?" The real joke is that we voluntarily choose this chaos over class components, then spend hours debugging infinite loops while muttering "but the docs said it was simpler this way."

Ah, the circle of programming life! C gives you the keys to memory kingdom but expects you to be an adult about it. JavaScript is that friend who keeps borrowing money but swears they'll pay you back (narrator: they won't). Java brings JavaScript's problems to your smartwatch, toaster, and 2.99 billion other devices. Meanwhile, Go is the neat freak roommate who follows you around with a dustpan, and Haskell won't even touch memory until you explicitly acknowledge its existence. And then there's Rust, where your strings mysteriously disappear because some function decided "ownership" means "yoink, mine now!" The only thing leaking more than these languages is my will to continue debugging them.
