Nothing screams "I have no idea what I'm doing" quite like touching 179 files to add nearly 200 lines while removing basically nothing. Either someone just copy-pasted the same config across every single file in the repo, or they're adding logging statements to debug production. Both scenarios are equally terrifying. The ratio of additions to deletions is the real red flag here—good refactoring usually involves deleting more than you add.
