LinkedIn founders are out here posting thought leadership blogs about building autonomous AI agents with zero human oversight, patting themselves on the back like they've cracked the code. Meanwhile, their "maintenance plan" is just vibes and prayers as the codebase balloons into an unmaintainable monster. You know what's wild? They're literally presenting a blank scroll as their strategy. No refactoring roadmap, no tech debt allocation, no monitoring plan—just pure, unfiltered optimism. It's giving "move fast and break things" energy, except they're breaking their own infrastructure and calling it innovation. The real kicker? Everyone's so busy building AI agents that nobody's asking "who's gonna maintain this mess when it scales?" Spoiler alert: it's gonna be some poor engineer at 2 AM wondering why the AI decided to recursively call itself into oblivion because nobody wrote proper guardrails.

When the job posting says "Junior Developer - 0-2 years experience" but also requires "Expert in 17 frameworks, machine learning, quantum computing, and ability to debug code by smell alone." That's how we end up with this 55-year-old "junior" looking like he's seen some shit. By 2025, entry-level positions will require you to have invented time travel just to acquire the necessary experience. The name tag is just the cherry on top - "AI Technician" because apparently, that's what we're calling "copy-pasting from Stack Overflow with extra steps" these days.

OH. MY. GOD. The junior just pushed a commit that's basically a NUCLEAR APOCALYPSE of code! 💀 +14,254 lines added in glorious green, -13,967 lines deleted in terrifying red. This isn't a commit, it's a COMPLETE REWRITE OF THE UNIVERSE! Senior devs are probably having collective heart attacks right now while frantically reaching for their blood pressure medication. The code review meeting is going to need trauma counselors on standby. What happened here? Did they accidentally paste the entire internet into our codebase? Did they decide to solve every bug by just... deleting everything and starting over? The git history will never emotionally recover from this tragedy!

That smug look of superiority when your code compiles and runs perfectly on the first attempt. Your colleagues think you're a wizard, but deep down you know you've just used up all your luck for the year and tomorrow you'll spend six hours debugging a missing semicolon.
