The GitHub contribution graph doesn't lie! Middle guy's profile is blazing green with daily commits while the other two are practically digital ghosts with just a couple sad green squares. This is the perfect visualization of the developer bell curve - 14% barely code, 72% code their faces off trying to stay employed, and the other 14% figured out they only need to commit once a month and still get paid the same. The crying glasses guy is every junior dev padding their GitHub to impress recruiters while the other two are either brilliant 10x engineers or completely checked out. Either way, they're all collecting the same paycheck!

The AUDACITY of developer time estimates! 💅 First we're all rainbow-haired confidence: "EOD? EASY PEASY!" Then reality slaps us with clown makeup as our estimates spiral from "just a week" to "umm, two weeks?" until finally we're standing there bare-faced, dead inside, admitting "this monstrosity needs TWO MONTHS." The makeup removal process is basically just our souls leaving our bodies with each passing deadline. It's the software development circle of life - start as a unicorn, end as a corpse. That special moment when you're halfway home on Friday and your phone buzzes with Slack notifications from the entire dev team. The calm expression hides the internal screaming as you realize your weekend just transformed into a 48-hour debugging marathon. The unwritten rule of software development: the severity of a production bug is directly proportional to how close you are to the weekend. And somehow, it's always the one line of code you thought was "too simple to test."

Nobody. Not a single child on this planet has ever uttered the phrase "when I grow up, I want to send passive-aggressive emails and sit in cross-functional meetings where nothing gets decided."
