The audacity of developers from other languages acting like Remote Code Execution is some PHP-exclusive curse. Like, buddy, your Java deserialization vulnerabilities would like a word. Your JavaScript eval() statements are literally waiting in the wings. And don't even get me started on Rust devs acting superior when unsafe blocks exist for a reason.
PHP devs out here dealing with the same security nightmares as everyone else, but somehow when it's PHP, it's "proof the language is trash." Meanwhile, Log4Shell affected half the internet's Java applications, but sure, let's pretend RCE is a PHP problem. The double standard is real – PHP gets roasted for vulnerabilities that literally every language ecosystem has dealt with at some point.
Fun fact: Remote Code Execution vulnerabilities are language-agnostic. They're about implementation, not syntax. But PHP will forever be the internet's punching bag while JavaScript devs npm install their way into supply chain attacks.
