It's the sheer and utter lack of skill you are displaying in even beginning to come up with this suggestion. It's such an un-programmer thing to say, that your vile conduct and toxic stubborness are completely overshadowed by the sheer stupdity of it. If a junior said this, it would be time to talk about courses. If a senior said this, they should be fired.
