When you're so good at insults that you accidentally use HTTP status codes. Calling someone's IQ "404" is basically saying their intelligence is not found on the server. It's the digital equivalent of "the lights are on but nobody's home," except the lights aren't even on and the building was demolished in 2003.
For the non-developers in the room: 404 is the error code you get when a webpage doesn't exist. So they're essentially saying this person's IQ couldn't be located. Brutal, efficient, and technically accurate—the best kind of accurate.
