Fast-forward three months and you're a shell of your former self, surviving on caffeine and Stack Overflow prayers, debugging legacy code written by someone who clearly hated humanity. The juxtaposition here is pure gold. After years of developers begging for dark mode on Stack Overflow, they finally release it in 2020... proving that yes, programmers literally only want one thing. And apparently it's "fucking disgusting" to want your retinas intact at 3 AM while desperately searching for why your code is broken. Sure took them long enough – we only had to wait until our eyeballs were practically fossilized from light mode strain. The sweet irony of Stack Overflow calling their most requested feature "coming to life" when it's actually saving the life of our poor, abused eyes.

When your code is so broken even Batman can't save it. This poor soul's infinite loop is so desperate it made it to the Yellow Pages! Next to "WAYNE BRUCE (MILLIONAIRE)" no less. I guess when your pointers are harder to follow than Bruce Wayne's secret identity, it's time to call in the Caped Debug-Crusader. The -4 downvotes really complete the tragedy. Classic Stack Overflow - where your desperate plea for help gets closed faster than you can say "null pointer exception."

Who needs a fancy degree when you've got StackOverflow and a concerning caffeine addiction? The modern developer's education consists of frantically Googling error messages at 2AM, copying GitHub solutions we don't fully understand, and somehow convincing both ourselves and our employers that we know what we're doing. The best part? We're getting paid while the med school grads are still paying off loans. Call it impostor syndrome or call it genius - either way, my code compiles... sometimes.
