Oh, the AUDACITY! Steam is literally standing there watching all the other gaming platforms (EA, Epic, GOG, Ubisoft) fighting for scraps at the bottom while they're just chilling at the top of the monopoly ladder like some kind of digital distribution deity. And when asked what's happening down there? Steam just casually observes from their throne like "oh, you sweet summer children."

The best part? Everyone KNOWS Steam has a monopoly on PC gaming, but we all just... accept it? Like, yeah sure, take 30% of every sale, Gabe. We'll still worship you because at least your platform actually WORKS and has sales that make our wallets cry tears of joy. Meanwhile, Epic is literally giving away free games and we're STILL like "nah, I'll wait for the Steam release." The Stockholm syndrome is REAL.
