At least they named the file honestly - the only thing missing is a comment that says "// Do not run this unless you hate your computer and future self."

Game devs scrolling through Steam reviews at 3 AM, desperately searching for validation after months of crunch, and finding someone who played for 1.4 hours but got so hooked they lost track of time. The glowing eyes moment hits when they realize the player praised the graphics AND the flashlight implementation. THE FLASHLIGHT. You know you've made it when someone notices your lighting system. That "You are a good man. Thank you" response? That's every dev who's ever had their soul crushed by "Not Recommended - 2,847 hours played" reviews. This one positive review from someone with barely any playtime but genuine enthusiasm is worth more than a thousand "it's okay I guess" from players with 500+ hours. It's the emotional support we didn't know we needed but absolutely deserve.

The indie game development experience: one person sitting behind a table with name tags for "Producer," "Director," "Actor," "Editor," "Writer," "Video Editor," and "Creative." It's the software development equivalent of wearing all the hats in your closet simultaneously. Big studios have entire departments. Indie devs have... coffee and determination. So someone ordered a "gaming chair" online and received what appears to be an actual bus seat with armrests. Not even a nice bus seat—we're talking the kind of public transit seating that's seen things you don't want to know about. The fabric pattern, the industrial gray padding, the utilitarian design... it's literally a seat ripped straight from public transportation. The seller probably thought "well, technically people DO sit on buses while gaming on their phones, so it counts as a gaming chair, right?" Peak marketplace logic. Somewhere out there, a bus is missing seat #47 and a developer is about to experience the worst posture of their debugging career. At least it's probably built to withstand the abuse of thousands of commuters, so it'll definitely survive a few rage quits.

Remember when 8GB VRAM was god-tier? Now it's the bare minimum for running those bloated AI models and rendering engines. $400 for entry-level specs that would've been flagship material a decade ago is the new normal. When you're flexing about having the "last gen" GPU, you're basically announcing you're one generation behind the cutting edge. Left side: blissfully unaware, feeling like a tech king.
