The sheer AUDACITY of GitHub Copilot claiming to be "an expert developer who makes no mistakes" while literally having the file name "copilot-instructions.md" plastered above it! 🙄 It's like watching your code editor autocomplete function turn into that one friend who swears they know everything but can't even remember to close their parentheses! The dramatic "WHAT ARE YOU?" screaming in all caps is just *chef's kiss* perfect for capturing that moment when you realize your AI assistant is just confidently spewing nonsense that you'll spend the next three hours debugging! Trust me, honey, if Copilot were actually an "expert developer who makes no mistakes," we'd all be unemployed and sipping margaritas on a beach somewhere instead of frantically Googling why our code doesn't work!

The absolute state of our priorities. Can't be bothered to work for half an hour, but suddenly have the focus of a zen master when it comes to grinding a game for 8 hours straight just to get some cosmetic item that literally nobody else will notice. The same energy as spending 5 hours automating a 10-minute task or debugging that one weird CSS issue instead of finishing the actual feature. And we wonder why our project deadlines always seem so... flexible.

The foundation of our entire industry rests on the shoulders of those brave souls who spend their precious time answering questions on Stack Overflow, GitHub issues, and obscure forum threads from 2008. While developers enjoy the sunshine and beautiful views, these unsung heroes are literally holding up our entire ecosystem—debugging our stupid mistakes, explaining basic concepts for the 500th time, and writing documentation nobody reads until it's 3:42 AM and everything is on fire. Without these magnificent keyboard warriors, we'd all still be trying to center a div or figure out why our code works on localhost but not in production.

The eternal struggle of AI prompting in three painful acts: First, some suit tells you to "get better at prompting" like it's your fault the AI hallucinated your database into oblivion. Then the AI nerds start throwing around fancy terms like "prompt engineering" and "context engineering" as if that's supposed to help. Meanwhile, the programmer in the corner is having an existential crisis because after decades of learning programming languages designed to be precise, we're now basically writing wish lists to an AI and hoping it understands our vibes. The irony that we've come full circle to desperately wanting a language that "tells the computer exactly what to do" isn't lost on anyone who's spent hours trying to get ChatGPT to format a simple JSON response correctly.
