The irony here is chef's kiss. SSDs are supposed to hit speeds of 500+ MB/s (SATA) or even 3000+ MB/s (NVMe), but here we are watching paint dry at speeds that would make a floppy disk blush. Either Windows decided to copy each of those 425,199 items one molecule at a time, or something is catastrophically wrong with your setup.
