Q rlearnprogramming 2 4h learning to create a chatbot Topic I’m new to programming, but I’m interested in creating chatbots and that’s why I want to learn. I was told that I should start by creating a rules- based chatbot as it will give me an idea of the fundamentals before going on to create something more complex.
