In programming, 0 is false and 1 is true, so when something claims to be "FAKE" (false), that statement itself becomes the fakest thing ever because falsehood (0) can't declare other things false. The "holy SHIT" reaction with 1 (true) is the computer realizing this logical paradox. It's basically the computer version of the liar paradox wrapped in pixel art.
