Who needs formal documentation when you can just sketch it out in ASCII?

You think you're getting a game engine, but what you're actually getting is a 100GB monstrosity that consumes your hard drive like a hungry beast. Epic's flagship product ships with every sample, demo, and texture known to mankind by default. Your options are: wait 3 hours for it to download or just buy a new SSD. When your competitor's launcher is so broken it becomes your best marketing strategy! EA's launcher had one job - recognize purchased games - and somehow failed spectacularly at launch day. Meanwhile, Steam's platform just works™ and Gabe Newell (Steam's founder) collects his 30% cut from all those sweet, sweet refund-and-rebuy transactions. The irony is delicious - EA tried to avoid Steam's commission by pushing their own launcher, only to inadvertently send customers running back to Steam with credit cards in hand. Task failed successfully!

The escalating terror of computer components at 100% utilization is painfully accurate. GPU and CPU maxed out? Mildly concerning but whatever. Disk at 100%? Now we're entering horror territory. RAM maxed? Pure dread as your system crawls to a halt. But VRM (Voltage Regulator Module) at 100%? That's straight-up "prepare for your hardware funeral" territory. Nothing says "I should have bought a better power supply" like the smell of burning electronics and the sight of your precious gaming rig becoming a very expensive paperweight. The progression from "this is fine" to "call the fire department" has never been more accurately depicted.

The absolute TRAGEDY of our time! Here I am, hands clasped in desperate prayer, staring at my screen with the emotional depth of a blank slate, BEGGING the GPU gods at Nvidia to announce that their 50-series graphics cards were just an elaborate April Fool's joke! But NOOOO! Those wallet-destroying monstrosities are ACTUALLY REAL! My bank account is already filing for emotional damages while I sit here contemplating if I need to sell a kidney just to render my pathetic little side projects. The audacity! The betrayal! And yet... *dramatically whispers* I'll probably still buy one.

DirectX strutting around like it owns the gaming world because it's Microsoft's proprietary darling. OpenGL is sitting there knowing full well it can't quite match DirectX's performance and Windows integration. But then Vulkan rolls in like "hold my beer" and absolutely obliterates the competition with cross-platform dominance and near-metal performance. Vulkan is basically what happens when the industry got tired of DirectX's Windows-only shenanigans and decided to create something that actually works everywhere—Linux, Windows, Android, you name it. Lower overhead, better multi-threading, and it doesn't care what OS you're running. DirectX may have the throne on Windows, but Vulkan is the people's champion.
