Three-year-olds literally iterate through every number from 1 to n just to tell you how old they are. Meanwhile, we're over here obsessing about whether our algorithm is O(log n) or O(n log n). Kids are out here running O(n) operations for basic I/O like it's 1995.
Imagine shipping code where printing a single integer requires a loop. Your pull request would get rejected faster than you can say "code review." But toddlers? They've been running this garbage implementation for millennia with zero performance improvements.
Nature really said "linear time complexity is good enough" and called it a day. No wonder they need naps.
