The modern software development lifecycle: pour some StackOverflow solutions and GitHub snippets into your old project, call it a new web app, and hope nobody notices the coffee stains. Who needs original code when you can just recycle the same 5 functions you've been using since 2015? The "pour and pray" method is basically 90% of web development at this point. Bonus points if you rename a few variables to make it look like you actually wrote something new.

Fast forward to today's reality: we're all just brain-melted zombies Googling how to center divs, begging ChatGPT to fix our syntax errors, getting permanently trapped in Vim like it's some kind of developer purgatory, and introducing three new bugs while fixing one. The perfect representation of how we've gone from programming titans to helpless tech gremlins dependent on Stack Overflow life support. The most painful part? This is exactly the kind of self-deprecating humor we all share on LinkedIn while pretending we're still the "Devs Then" in our job applications.

The eternal cycle of developer hubris! First panel: "I'm gonna build this from scratch because libraries are for WEAKLINGS." Second panel: "Let me just quickly Google how to actually do this..."
