Been an Agile Coach for almost 7 years and my boss decided I should become a secretary He’s an enterprise agile coach, I’m just an agile coach, I have more experience that him on field. He sat with the tribe leaders who after 2 years don’t understand what an agile coach does and they defined without me a work plan, today the leaders told me that the work plan is Adjusting a crappy excel they use for keeping the backlog and the OKs even when there are digital tools for that, schedule all their meetings and check that the "right" people are in them, one of the leaders even wants me to "automate" some mails they have to send when they are dealing with capacity because it’s too much work. I’m baffled to say the least and I’m going to talk to him, obviously this is not how the role is defined in the organization and not what I’m supposed to do.
