So unless you've mastered time travel AND software development, this job posting is basically asking for the impossible. This is the classic HR disaster where recruiters copy-paste "10+ years experience" without understanding that the technology they're asking about is younger than most TikTok trends. It's giving "5 years of experience in Swift required" back in 2016 energy. Someone please tell Yahoo that even the developers who BUILT Claude Code don't have 10 years of experience with it. The math simply isn't mathing, bestie.

Like... do you understand how neural networks work? They're probabilistic by nature! You can't have your deterministic cake and eat your stochastic magic too! Meanwhile, the poor souls waiting for this mythical perfect AI are slowly decomposing in that field, checking their watches for eternity. Spoiler alert: they're gonna be skeletons before they get all those requirements in one package. The universe simply doesn't work that way, bestie.
