The transformation from "we value work-life balance" to "can you push that hotfix before you sleep?" happens faster than O(1) time complexity.

The eternal battle between junior devs who've just discovered the latest shiny framework and senior devs who've migrated codebases 17 times in their career. That clenched fist contains the restraint of someone who's spent countless weekends converting perfectly functional apps to whatever Google/Meta abandoned six months later. The SrDev isn't angry, just... tired. They're mentally calculating how many sprints will be wasted rewriting what already works while product features get pushed to "next quarter." When faced with a tiny 10-line pull request, we're all code review heroes ready to suggest refactoring into separate functions. But show us a 500-line monstrosity and suddenly it's "LGTM" (Looks Good To Me)—the digital equivalent of "I didn't read this but I trust you didn't break production." The cognitive overload is real! Your brain just nopes out after line 47, and honestly, who has time to review someone's entire dissertation on why they needed 12 nested if-statements?

The holy trinity of development methodologies: Test-driven developers write tests before code and silently judge everyone else. Meanwhile, error-driven developers are frantically explaining why production is on fire... again.
