So Windows decided that instead of showing "0" like a normal operating system, it would flex its scientific notation skills and display 1.77636e-015 for the volume slider. That's 0.00000000000000177636 if you're keeping track at home. Somewhere in Redmond, a floating-point precision engineer is having an existential crisis. Just round it to zero, Windows. Nobody's ears are sensitive enough to hear 1.77 × 10⁻¹⁵ percent volume. Even dogs would be like "nah, we're good." Classic floating-point shenanigans where the computer insists on being technically correct (the best kind of correct) while being completely useless to actual humans trying to adjust their volume.
