The stages of every linux user Stage 1 -uses ubuntu, Linux mint, etc – very new to linux -eager to learn more Stage 2 – maybe moved distro maybe not – 1k karma from rLinuxmemes – competent knowledge on linux Stage 3 – uses arch or Manjaro – "I use arch btw" unironically – thinks they are stage 4 Stage 4 -uses Debian, or something similar – fully understands their system – comfortable with their distro and system Stage 5 – secret stage -uses any BSD or Linux from scratch -prefers to lurk in the community
