Knowledge Transfer: The Circle Of Blame

Knowledge Transfer: The Circle Of Blame
Oh. My. GOD. The circle of software development life in its purest form! 💀 First, the ACTUAL ENGINEER creates something and proudly announces it. Then some random person with a fancy logo head has the AUDACITY to question if they really made it?! But wait! The plot thickens! The fancy-logo-head STEALS the creation, turns around, and claims it as their own! And then - THE BETRAYAL - the original engineer is now labeled a "VIBECODER" and gets the same treatment they gave others! The final panel is just *chef's kiss* - our newly minted VIBECODER standing there, pathetically claiming credit for something they actually DID make, but nobody believes them anymore. It's the software development karma police coming full circle!

Credit Vs Effort

Credit Vs Effort
The well-dressed manager stands confidently at the front of the boat, sunglasses on, looking important... while the engineering team frantically rows in the back, doing all the actual work. Ten years in the industry and nothing changes—managers taking credit for demos they didn't build, presentations they didn't make, and features they couldn't code. Meanwhile, we're drowning in technical debt and midnight deployments. But hey, at least someone's there to tell us we're "not meeting expectations" during performance reviews!

Well At Least We Improved The User Feedbacks

Well At Least We Improved The User Feedbacks
The AUDACITY of product managers taking credit for developer blood, sweat, and tears! 💀 While the senior and junior devs are literally HAULING themselves up the mountain of impossible requirements and technical debt, the product manager is just chilling in a sleeping bag, doing absolutely NOTHING. And then—THE NERVE—when the devs finally make some progress, the PM wakes up, stretches, and has the GALL to proclaim "Look how far I climbed, and I'm not even tired." Meanwhile, the developers are one energy drink away from cardiac arrest. But hey, user feedback improved, so mission accomplished, right? 🙃

The Corporate Recognition Hierarchy

The Corporate Recognition Hierarchy
Ah, the corporate food chain in its natural habitat. The junior programmer—submerged in mud and barely visible—did all the actual work while the Dev Lead stands there looking presentable. Meanwhile, Senior Management is off-screen, probably sending "congratulations" emails from a golf course. The hippo gets more recognition than the person who wrote the code. Just another day in tech where your Git commits are inversely proportional to your visibility at the success party.
