Someone out there is genuinely trying to figure out if HTML is Turing complete, and Google's autocomplete is having an existential crisis. "Is it legit? Is it halal? Is it complete?" Pick your theological framework, I guess. For the record: HTML alone isn't Turing complete—it's just markup. But add CSS (yes, really), and you've got yourself a cursed computational nightmare that technically works. Rule 110 cellular automaton in CSS? Done. Should you? Absolutely not. The "turing halal" suggestion is chef's kiss though. Apparently enough people are worried about the religious permissibility of computational theory that it made the autocomplete list. Computer science has truly entered its interdisciplinary era.
