Because OF COURSE that one-line change just destroyed the database, crashed the servers, and somehow set the office microwave on fire! 🔥 This is why we can't have nice things in software development. Testing? Who needs it when you have BLIND OPTIMISM and a prayer?!

OH. MY. GOD. The AUDACITY of Microsoft with their "Stay signed in?" prompt! 😱 That little checkbox promising to "reduce the number of times you are asked to sign in" is the BIGGEST FANTASY since my code worked on the first try! The tweet nails it - what IS the most successful lie in history? Spoiler alert: it's that checkbox! ✨ I've clicked "Yes" and checked that box approximately 7,492 times on my work laptop, and yet Microsoft still has the NERVE to ask me again 5 minutes later like we're complete strangers who've never met! It's the digital equivalent of your ex pretending they don't recognize you at the grocery store! 💔

CONGRATULATIONS on your instant promotion to senior dev! One minute you're just minding your business, writing questionable code, and the next minute BAM! Your mentor abandons ship and suddenly you're expected to know where all the bodies are buried in the codebase! That thousand-yard stare says it all - you're now drowning in legacy code that NO ONE documented, fielding questions from management who think you're the expert, and chugging coffee like it's the only thing keeping your imposter syndrome at bay.
