There were no “2” candles at the store)

So these absolute madlads are playing drunk Russian Roulette with production servers. The setup? Each dev gets their own prod server, and they're running rm -rf on a random one. The command picks a random number between 0-6, and if it hits their unlucky number, it echoes "Lucky boy" before nuking everything with recursive force delete. The tension builds beautifully - one guy's trying to stop it ("it's the vodka!"), another's goading them on, and the nervous sweat in that final panel says it all. Running destructive commands on production for fun is the kind of career-limiting move that makes for legendary war stories... assuming you survive with your job intact. The fact that they're doing it with root access makes it even more spicy. No backups were consulted in the making of this meme.

Regular running? That's for peasants who accept "permission denied" errors. But sudo ? That's like showing up with a samurai sword and an army of ninjas to your command line. Nothing says "I'm done asking nicely" like prefixing your command with sudo . It's the Linux equivalent of bringing a tank to a knife fight. The system says no? Not anymore it doesn't. Turns out administrative privileges aren't just given—they're taken, preferably while wearing a cool hat and wielding dual katanas.

So management discovered AI code generation and suddenly human code reviews are "inefficient" and "slowing down velocity." Meanwhile, they're pushing us to just trust the LLM output and ship it straight to prod because "it compiles, doesn't it?" The asbestos snow is *chef's kiss* perfect here. Just like how asbestos seemed like a miracle material until everyone realized it was slowly killing them, blindly trusting AI-generated code without human review might seem productive now, but wait until you're debugging hallucinated logic at 2 AM or explaining to the board why your "AI-optimized" codebase just leaked user data. Code review isn't just about catching bugs—it's knowledge transfer, mentorship, and the last line of defense against architectural disasters. But sure, let's skip all that because ChatGPT said the code looks good. What could possibly go wrong?
