Drawing a circle in Pygame using pygame.draw.circle() is straightforward enough. But somehow, you'll end up with a hexagon. Then you'll fiddle with anti-aliasing, wonder if you need gfxdraw, question your coordinate system, adjust the radius by 0.5 pixels, and still get a hexagon. Eventually you just accept that circles are a social construct and ship it. The players won't notice if you call it "stylized art direction."
