The person even did their homework in the post, mentioning how ChatGPT scored better than 50% of SAT test takers and could handle Stack Overflow questions better than sites like Quora. But nope—closed faster than you can say "duplicate question." Stack Overflow's strict moderation has always been a double-edged sword: it keeps quality high but also creates a reputation for being unwelcoming to newcomers. Now they're literally in bed with the AI they once deemed too "opinion-based" to discuss. The cognitive dissonance is chef's kiss.
