I mean, I've seen Doom running on pregnancy tests, calculators, and ATMs, but using your grandmother as a biological input device while she's in intensive care? That's either peak dedication to the "it runs Doom" meme or a cry for help. The kicker is they used Claude Opus 5.5 to make it happen—because apparently AI is now helping us turn life-or-death situations into gaming peripherals. Nothing says "I care about you, grandma" quite like turning her heart rate into difficulty settings. If she codes, does the game go to permadeath mode? Props for the technical achievement though. Somewhere, John Carmack is either impressed or deeply concerned. Probably both.
