We Are So Rich In Argentina That Even Street Vendors Have Ram

Street vendor selling leather wallets next to a tray of computer RAM sticks. The joke here is the double meaning of "RAM" – both the memory modules you desperately need to compile your Electron app, and the Spanish word for "branch" or "twig" (rama). Either that or Argentina's economy is so wildly inflated that RAM sticks are literally being sold as currency on the street. Which, given the state of DDR5 prices, might actually be a viable alternative to the peso. At least RAM holds its value better than most fiat currencies. The vendor probably takes payment in DDR4 modules too.
