Claude confidently announces your file is saved, then immediately develops amnesia about where it put the damn thing. Classic AI assistant behavior—great at doing the task, absolute disaster at remembering what it just did five seconds ago. The file exists in some quantum superposition state where it's simultaneously saved and lost until you spend 20 minutes checking every folder on your system. At least it tried.
